Dekker/Perich/Sabatini
Dekker/Perich/Sabatini designed Mesa del Sol’s first tenant building, Advent Solar, which has achieved LEED Certification for both the core and tenant improvements. The firm provides comprehensive architecture, interiors, landscape design, planning and structural engineering services to a variety of public and private clients. With more than 45 years of experience, it has successfully completed more than 3,000 projects, which have earned more than 80 design awards and are valued in excess of $1 billion. Dekker/Perich/Sabatini has offices in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Las Vegas, Nevada and Amarillo, Texas and a staff of more than 180, including 80 licensed professionals.
Antoine PredockMesa del Sol selected world-renowned architect Antoine Predock, AIA, of Albuquerque to design the 78,000 square foot mixed-use aperture center building that will house Mesa del Sol’s visitor center, business office space and retail businesses. Often cited as one of the top architects in the country, Predock designed the new San Diego Padres Stadium, the Austin City Hall in Texas, Tang Teaching Museum and Art Gallery at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. The American Institute of Architecture (AIA), the Gran Premio Internacional de Arquitectura de Buenos Aires and the Rome Prize of the American Academy in Rome have all honored him. His works all reflects relationship to the surrounding environment.
Wolff Lyon
Wolff Lyon Architects is an architecture, urban design, planning, and development consulting firm with over twenty-five years of experience. The firm was founded by John Wolff and Tom Lyon in 1975 as a design, construction and development firm focusing on urban infill projects in Boulder, Colorado.
Today, Wolff Lyon specializes in four areas of design:
- Master Planning and Design for traditional neighborhoods with particular attention to building, lot, and block relationships.
- Building Prototype Designs for specific models and styles that can be employed to create varied streetscapes and respond to different households.
- Affordable Housing architectural design, including public housing revitalization and innovative mixed density solutions.
