Residential Development

Amy Coburn, director of residential development, and the residential team at Mesa del Sol are putting the final touches on the 164-page Design Book for the community’s potential homebuilders.

The Design Book has specific strategies for guidance of the development of 13 different lot types of the first neighborhood, which should in turn provide housing choices that promote a diversity of household composition, age and income creating “a socially vibrant and interesting community.”
