Mesa del Sol will offer a wide range of homes. Of every size, shape and color (well, every architecturally appropriate shape and color) and in a full range of prices. For sale and for rent. It’s going to give the streets here a fascinating variety of style and color. And it’s going to give the community a fascinating variety of people.

But there are a couple of important elements that the homes will have in common. Although the architecture in Mesa del Sol will be eclectic, all the styles will be rooted in Albuquerque’s history. We’ve created a set of architectural guidelines that will give Mesa del Sol’s neighborhoods a sense of authenticity — the kind of authenticity that makes a neighborhood grow more beautiful over time.

And just as we’re being mindful of future property values, we’re also taking thought for the future of our planet. That’s why Mesa del Sol will be among the first communities in the country where all the homes are Energy Star^®-rated for optimal energy efficiency. They’ll be designed to conserve water and other natural resources, too. And many, if not all, will accommodate new energy-saving technologies that will become available in the years to come.
