We can’t show you any floor plans yet — those won’t come until later. But we can tell you that Mesa del Sol will be a place where just about anyone can find a new home that fits. And not merely in terms of price range, bedrooms, bathrooms and square feet, but also in personality.

The homes here will be flavored by New Mexico’s rich variety of architecture, to which we will gleefully add a bit of modern zing. And of course the homes will be an important part of Mesa del Sol’s commitment to sustainable development, with features designed to save water, energy and other resources. In fact, we’ll be one of a few large-scale communities in the U.S. where every home is Energy Star-rated.
